Chief Therapy Officer
Amy serves as Chief Therapy Officer at Clarksville Rehabilitation Hospital, where she leads therapy services with a focus on clinical excellence, program growth, and patient-centered outcomes. With dual expertise in physical therapy and nursing, she brings a well-rounded, interdisciplinary approach to rehabilitation leadership.
She has over 20 years of experience across inpatient rehabilitation, long-term acute care, home health, and pediatric settings. Amy previously served as a Program Director in an LTACH, driving quality, compliance, and team performance through evidence-based practices.
Her background includes work as a Physical Therapist specializing in orthopedic and neurologic care, as well as a Registered Nurse in a Neuro ICU. She is known for building strong clinical teams, fostering physician relationships, and improving patient outcomes.
Amy holds a BSN from Bellarmine University and both a Doctorate and Master of Physical Therapy from Elon University. She is a licensed Physical Therapist and Registered Nurse, with board certification and BLS certification.
