Director of Quality Management
Chris T. Thomas serves as Director of Quality Management at Clarksville Rehabilitation Hospital. She brings more than 15 years of nursing experience, including a strong background in medical rehabilitation nursing, quality management, infection prevention, and clinical leadership.
Chris earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Associate Degree in Nursing from Galen College of Nursing in Louisville, Kentucky. She also holds the Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) credential.
Throughout her career, Chris has held clinical and leadership roles focused on patient safety, quality outcomes, staff development, and infection prevention. Her experience includes helping open a 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility, developing staff onboarding programs, conducting infection control audits, and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support individualized plans of care.
Chris brings a collaborative and detail-oriented approach to quality management, with a focus on continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and high-quality medical rehabilitation care.
